Denver-area Realtor Todd Landgrave is a long-time Colorado resident who has lived in Highlands Ranch since 1992. Real estate runs deep in his family with other members working as appraisers and mortgage lenders. Todd himself worked for a number of years as a licensed appraiser before becoming a real estate broker.

Todd earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management-Finance with honors from Brigham Young University. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration-Finance from California State University at Fullerton. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Denver Board of Realtors.

Todd brings a wide breadth of experience to his Kentwood clients having worked in corporate finance for decades in the defense and snack foods industries. He also worked most recently with the world’s largest commercial real estate firm on various accounts with health care industry clients. This background, along with his appraisal experience, allows him to provide clients with superior, in-depth service.

Todd is deeply involved in his community. He was twice elected president of the Highlands Ranch Community Association, has served on the Board of Directors of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, and as a member of the Ronald McDonald Charities granting committee.

Todd married his college sweetheart Kathy and they have four beautiful daughters: Candice, Lindsey, Carly, and Mackenzie. Kathy is a 3rd grade teacher in the Douglas County School district. When not helping his clients, Todd enjoys biking, backpacking with his family, and exploring Colorado on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
